Pre-Wedding

2-hour Meet and Greet. We start 2 months out. During our initial consultation, we'll sit down with you to discuss your vision for your wedding day. We'll go over all the details you've planned so far and address any concerns or questions you may have. This meeting is a chance for us to get to know you and your partner, and to ensure that we're on the same page when it comes to your expectations for your wedding day.

Connecting with Vendors. As we collect vendor information from you, we'll personally connect with each of your vendors to confirm their arrival times and discuss any day-of logistics. We'll ensure that everyone is on the same page and that all details have been addressed to avoid any last-minute surprises or miscommunications.

1-hour Venue Walk-Through. We'll visit your venue to get a better sense of the space and to start visualizing your ceremony and reception. This is an opportunity for us to ask questions and make any necessary adjustments to your floor plans and timeline.

Creation of Floor Plans. We'll work with you and your vendors to create detailed floor plans for your ceremony and reception spaces. We'll ensure that all furniture, decor, and equipment are placed exactly where they need to be and that everything flows smoothly throughout the day.

Creation of Timeline. We'll create a detailed timeline for your entire wedding day, from the moment you wake up to the moment you say goodbye to your guests. We'll ensure that everyone is on the same page and that all events happen on time and in the correct order.

Optional 1-hour Final Details Meeting. If you would like, we can schedule an additional meeting with you the week before your wedding to go over all the final details and ensure that everyone is on the same page. This meeting is optional, but many couples find it helpful to have one final check-in before the big day.

1-hour Wedding Rehearsal. In the week prior to your wedding day we will walk your entire wedding party through your ceremony, ensuring every single person goes into your wedding day absolutely prepared.

Day-Of:

10-hours of Coordination. On the day of your wedding, we'll be on-site for 10 hours to supervise all vendor load-ins, set-ups, breakdowns, and load-outs. We'll keep an eye on the timeline and make sure that everything stays on track throughout the day. We'll coordinate the wedding party procession, ensure that the marriage license is properly completed, and help organize the guests for the departure of the happy couple. We'll also be on-hand to handle any last-minute emergencies or issues that may arise, ensuring that you and your partner can relax and enjoy your special day.

Micro Ceremony Package

$1,900*

Up to 50 Guests. Sundays-Thursdays Only.

Pre-Wedding Coordination

2-hour Zoom Meet and Greet. We start 30 days before your wedding. This is where we will meet and discuss your vision for your most precious day. You get to ask a million questions and we get to absorb all the hard work you have put in so far. We will go over what you have already planned (in detail) and come up with a to-do list to help fill in any gaps.

1-hour Venue Walk-Through. One of our favorite moments! We will tour your venue together, or we can tour the venue solo depending on your availability. This allows us to get the lay of the land, and begin to visualize what your ceremony and reception space(s) will look like.

Connecting with Vendors. As we collect vendor information from you, we will contact all your vendors personally and coordinate all day-of logistics directly with your vendor leads.

Creation of Floor Plans. We will carefully design your ceremony and reception spaces and create a detailed floor plan to share with all your vendors.

Creation of Timeline. This is where it all comes together! We start from the moment you arrive at the venue to the moment the venue is lights out and the doors are locked. We pride ourselves on being extremely organized and detailed. We will get your entire day planned together and it will be everything you'd imagined. After you have approved the timeline we will share it with all of your vendors.

1-hour Wedding Rehearsal. This usually happens 1-2 days before the wedding. We will walk your entire wedding party through your ceremony, ensuring every single person goes into your wedding day absolutely prepared.


Day-Of

5-hours of Coordination. It’s go-time! We provide direction as we move through your planned events, always present and always keeping an eye on the timeline. We expertly execute all of you carefully planned events, coordinate the wedding party procession, ensure the marriage license is properly completed, and help organize the guests for the departure of the happy couple.

Partial-Planning Package

Starting at $4,800*

 

Pre-Wedding Planning

  • Unlimited Communication via email and phone calls.

  • Schedule monthly 2-hour planning meetings as needed via video call or in-person.

  • Creation of a wedding planning checklist.

  • Qualified vendor recommendations: Venue, Florist, Caterer, Rentals, Musicians/DJ, Photographer, Videographer, Officiant, Limo/Transportation, Hair and Make-Up Artists.

  • Attendance at four (4) vendor meetings of the couple’s choice.

  • Attendance at one (1) venue tour.

  • Creation of ceremony and reception floor plans.

  • Creation of timeline.

  • Confirmation of all vendor details.

  • 1-hour wedding rehearsal. *Must be at ceremony venue.

Day-Of Wedding Services

  • 10-hours on-site with the Event Director.

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception spaces.
