Working with Stephanie as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. She immediately made us feel comfortable as if she was a close family friend and helped ease our anxiety about all of the stresses that come with the planning process, while also creating excitement around our special day even with all of the unknowns of COVID. She was extremely flexible and encouraging in always trying to meet our needs and making everything in our vision become a reality. The week of our wedding an unfortunate health scare struck our family that put our wedding day in question. Stephanie went above and beyond her duties, making herself available any time of the day for communication and adapting our plans to our needs as they were changing day to day. She was there for us in ways she didn’t have to be and went well above her job description. On the day-of she was everywhere behind the scenes seeing that everything went off without a hitch, and made it so we didn’t have to deal with any issues which allowed us to truly enjoy our special day. We are forever grateful for that and her allowing us to be present on the most memorable day of our lives. We wouldn’t recommend anyone else, as she offers you the best experience and expertise to enjoy your wedding day and the build up to it! She is someone you will continue a relationship with even after your big day.

Steph is absolutely amazing. Best money ever spent. She is attentive, organized, punctual, so funny, and about a million other wonderful things. She truly allowed me to have the least stressful and most amazing wedding planning experience and wedding day.

Once I got in contact with Steph, I didn’t have to reach out to my vendors anymore. She was constantly updating the timeline and sending it to me and my vendors, always checking in on me to make sure I was doing okay and to see if there was anything else she could take off my plate. I mean, I could honestly go on & on about Steph. My family and guests absolutely adored her and couldn’t stop telling me how wonderful she was.

She is worth her weight in gold and I would hire her again & again.

I could not have gotten through my wedding without Stephanie at Bliss Events. She was amazing!!! She offered suggestions, kept me organized, kept all of the other vendors on task, had a creative eye when creating our welcome table, found a clever solution to a place card issue (the wind was an issue), had the best attitude and kept her commitment to us.

She treated our kids like they mattered and dotted on my mom and dad. She was perfect. Now if I could just have her plan the rest of my life too :)

Honestly, I was able to sit and truly enjoy my wedding because I knew Bliss Events (Stephanie) had it handled. So grateful for her and her team.

The word AMAZING doesn’t even begin toe describe all the work that Stephanie put in to make such a special day for my husband and I come true! I previously had a different day of coordinator and for various reasons, I couldn’t work with that person anymore. I was frantically looking for a kind, professional, and efficient day of coordinator to help me with my wedding about 1 month before the day of. I came across Bliss Events on TheKnot and upon asking her if we can have an informal video meeting, with no hesitations Stephanie agreed and answered all my questions. Since that first encounter I knew I found the day of coordinator I needed for my wedding day. From that day forward & with about 1 month before the wedding, Stephanie stepped up and helped me in a way that I can’t even explain. From getting all the details for that day, to communicating in a timely manner, to connecting with all my vendors, and even going with me to the meeting with the venue.. she was INCREDIBLE!🙏🏽 BEST. Not to mention, the actual day of the wedding she took care of every little detail she could help with so my husband, our families and I didn’t have to worry. She made one of the most stressful days, stress free! I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us and my only regret is not hiring her sooner! She’s so kind-hearted, understanding, professional & really genuinely cares for her couples. She even reached out a few days after the wedding to see how things were going!! Even our guests complimented us on how great and helpful she was. Stephanie was amazing from start to finish. She was organized and had loads of information almost always right at her fingertips. She knew vendors personally and was happy to help anytime with them. She took the load off of me, as mom, as I needed help. I was planning the wedding 3000 miles away!

She was punctual at all meetings, answered emails, texts, and phone calls promptly. She brought in extra help when it was needed at the wedding event.

She actually saved us money overall and even if she didn’t would be worth the amount of stress she takes away from the family (or in my case mother of bride) planning it. I was easily able to convince a friend to use her and she now feels the same way.

I knew from the moment I had my first meeting with Stephanie that she was going to be biggest help during my wedding planning season.

I am someone who is type A, very specific about the details - Stephanie always made me feel so supported in my wishes, and reassured me that all my expectations were possible and in good hands. She went above and beyond what she needed to, anytime I had questions she was so quick to answer, and even to just calm my nerves!

On my wedding day, she was so fast to solve issues (that I didn’t even know about until after the day of was over). Stephanie is truly worth every penny, and more. I would hire her again in a second, no matter the cost!

We had the pleasure of having Stephanie as our day of coordinator in July of 2018. Stephanie could not have been more amazing to work with! She made sure that we didn’t know of any day of issues, problem solved vendor complications and kept everyone on schedule! She also did all of this while very pregnant!!

Stephanie didn’t have to stay for our ceremony because her doctor had put her on bed rest, but she stayed and saw us through because that is the dedication she has to her clients!

We have continued to stay in touch since our wedding and could not recommend her enough!

Hiring Hailee to coordinate our wedding reception was the best decision we made! Hailee was so supportive and encouraging leading up to our wedding and went above and beyond helping us problem-solve and also find a cake vendor! She even went to the venue with us ahead of time with all our vendors and talked through every possible detail! She was super responsive and reassuring with all of my panic emails leading up to the day. On our wedding day we were able to relax knowing that Hailee had us covered. Our caterers were late but she made everything go smoothly and no one even knew! She helped make everything beautiful and exactly how we wanted it, and kept our event going on schedule- making sure we were fed and happy! It was so nice to be able to leave the venue knowing she had everything under control. And of course, she is a delightful, kind human who was so lovely to work with! We are so grateful for her help!

Stephanie made our wedding a fairytale. Very professional, organized & creative. She gave me ideas that fit our wedding and how to organize the day so it went smoothly.

Your wedding is one of the most exciting days of your life. If you’re like me, you’ve been thinking about this day since you were a little girl. The second I met Stephanie I felt like I could breathe, she was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed during our special day and the months leading up to it. From communication with vendors, to the little details of the decorations Stephanie was on top of it. Throughout the planning process, Stephanie was so easy to reach and her love for what she does shines through in the care and attention she gives to each couple.
